This was a growing month for me. This month I have had a lot of firsts....I cut my first teeth- two in the front/bottom, I had my first "real" food. I love orange vegetables- Sweet Potatoes and Squash, I also like pears and peaches....I am warming up to bananas. I am starting to become mobile...which has caused my parents some heartache...I can no longer be left alone anywhere....on the floor or in any of my chairs unless I am strapped in. I prefer to roll from my back to my front, but I can go both ways. I grasp for everything...signing the sign for milk when I want something, I get very excited when I see toys that I like. If I get scared....I frown and then start to cry....(this happens when the horns go off in the locks...not my favorite thing!) Mom and Dad think its cute though....and have taken a lot of pictures. I ate my first real banana, ritz crackers, grape and had my first bottle of juice this month and want to try anything anyone else is eating. I am babbling all the time and no longer screeching...I can say da da and da di...but have not mastered ma ma yet. I don't like to stand on my feet and still prefer my back to my stomach. I can entertain myself for a while if I have enough toys around but I prefer to be picked up and held. Sometimes I put myself to sleep at night other times I like to be held and fed. Most nights I am asleep around 6 or 7 (except when there are a lot of things going on) but I don't sleep through the night- I still get up a couple times.
